We are pleased to provide additional details concerning the 2026 Central Texas Blending Conference, a conference for the central Texas churches.

  • Saturday (Aug. 8)    10:00am-12:00pm – meeting #1 

  • Saturday (Aug. 8)    6:00pm-7:00pm – YP singing time (time subject to change)

  • Saturday (Aug. 8)    7:00pm-9:00pm – meeting #2 

  • Lord's Day (Aug. 9)  9:30am-10:00am – table meeting

  • Lord's Day (Aug. 9) 10:00am-12:00pm – meeting #3

Lodging and Hospitality

       Austin Southpark Hotel is giving us a block of rooms at a discounted rate.

  1. The rate is $119 per night plus taxes.

  2. The deadline to book for the discounted rate is July 31.

To receive hospitality with the local saints, please fill out and submit the form at the following link: Hospitality. Please submit your hospitality request on or before Friday, July 31. Questions regarding hospitality should be addressed to Mark, Kiel, or Jing.

Parking

  • There is ample, free surface parking.

Children

  • The church in Austin will offer childcare only for the meeting on Lord's Day, August 9 for children who are 2 years old and up to 6th grade (childcare will not be provided for children under 2, but a hotel room will be made available for nursing mothers). No children younger than 7th grade will be allowed in the Ballroom. Childcare for the Saturday meetings will not be provided. However, a room at the hotel will be made available for parents to take care of their own children, as well as the separate room for nursing mothers. (This is subject to change without notification.) If you need childcare on Lord's Day morning, please fill out the form before August 5. Space is limited and we cannot guarantee a spot if you do not register in advance: Child Care Registration.

  • If you would like to serve with the children during the Lord's Day meeting (open to YP and older), please fill out this Serving Ones Registration Form.

Meals

  • No meals will be provided.

Translation

  • Translation into Spanish and Chinese will be provided for the meetings at the hotel. A limited number of radios will be available to check out for each meeting, so bring your own FM radios if possible.
